Oswaldo Suarez, coordinator of the Health Ministry, said that the talk was addressed with more emphasis prevention issues health because this issue should not only be from a sanction, but human perspective, the motivations that led consumer understanding so that Health officials know how to act with patients who require assistance.
Daniel Bueno, coordinator of the Technical Secretariat Drug, agreed with this view and said that to improve their work are raising information, but said that in Cuenca the most consumed between licit and illicit drugs are alcohol, snuff, cocaine and marijuana. (JGJ) (I)
