A bridge of 12 meters of light by eight meters wide, opened yesterday on the premises San Eduardo - The Piedrero, parish Manuel J. Street, Canton La Troncal.
With the work that was built by the Prefecture of Cañar, communities, Maria Teresa, The New Union, Playa Seca, El Aji, San Eduardo, Pueblo Nuevo and El Piedrero and the 26 campuses of the Agricultural Colony Amazonas benefit since the viaduct linking them with the city of La Troncal.
The prefect of Cañar, Santiago Correa, said the provincial entity through the emergency declaration managed to perform this work, after the bridge collapsed by the strong winter that endured the area this year. The investment amounts to $ 55,000.
Jose Antonio Gomez, of the Association of Cocoa Producers New Union, Asoprocanu said that this work is vital to the precincts of the Agricultural Colony Amazonas living in agricultural production.
